Shared shuttle Service

Included:

• Shared shuttle service.
• Rep with a visible, colorful and easy-to-find banner.
• Certified driver.
• Comfortable air-conditioned van (models 2014-2016) for 9 passengers with luggage or 12 with no luggage.
• The shuttle will be shared with people arriving at the same time (difference of 15 minutes).
• Passenger insurance.

Not Included

• Child sits are not available.
• Baggage handling.
• Tips (optional).

Activity time:

• Available daily
• 08:00hrs to 08:00hrs with departures each 30 minutes
• Please show on time with printed voucher: Airport or Hotel, according to your request.

• One of our reps will wait for you on the transportation area, please look for a personalized banner with your name.

Restrictions

• On Hotel to Airport Shared shuttles, there’s only a 10 minutes tolerance according to the set pick up time.
• If you miss the shuttle, and still require our service, this will have an extra cost and will be charged as private service.
• On shared transportation service from Cancun Airport to Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen, a minimum of 2 people is required.
